- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Beyond unprofessional. The receptionist is unfriendly, unhelpful and incredibly unprofessional when dealing with questions or conflicts. We had an appointment to put our dog down because he was becoming a threat to the people around him, and the office called an hour before we were set to go saying that he was "uncomfortable" with the procedure, and refused to go through with the appointment. The emotional stress this put on my family was unnecessary and incredibly unbecoming of a "professional". I will never take any of my animals here ever again, and hope that anyone considering it will look elsewhere.April 02, 2017by Austin Burrell
